About Me

Hi, I'm Akin, also known as A.K, founder of GrowingNeverStops.com.

I'm a Technical Program Manager, a Google Cloud Architect, and the person in the room who can follow the engineering debate and explain it to the executive on the next call.

My path here wasn't straight. I started with a Computer Science degree, got curious about business strategy, earned an MBA from The University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and landed in program management.

Since then, I've led cloud migrations, delivered AI/ML programs, modernized legacy platforms in financial services, and coordinated cross-border delivery across teams. The common thread in these experiences is more than just technology - it's the work of turning ambiguity into a plan that people actually execute on.

This blog is where I share what I've learnt: how to think about complex technical programs, how to earn credibility with engineers, and how to navigate the messy space between strategy and shipping.

If you're involved in projects and moving into technical territory, or a TPM trying to level up, or just someone trying to understand how large-scale technology actually gets built - this is for you.
